Orders shipped to addresses in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa will be shipped free of charge. Orders shipped to addresses outside of the five-state region are subject to standard shipping charges. Orders placed for in-stock items received before 2:00 P.M. CST are shipped the same business day.
Orders shipped within the five state region are sent via Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Inc. Most of the time you will receive your order the next business day, but due to winter weather conditions and increased seasonal shipping traffic demand, please allow for extra transit time. Weekend delivery is not available.
Orders shipped outside the five-state region are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS (depending on the size of the item) and are subject to standard shipping charges. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Delivery typically takes two to five business days. Shipments to Canada take four to ten business days.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: due to the physical size of many of the items we sell and the corresponding freight charges, it is typically much less expensive to purchase Catch Cover Products in-country from a Canadian Dealer. Please visit the Catch Cover Dealer Locator.
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days,) the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days,) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)
