Orders greater than $99 shipped to addresses in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa will be will be shipped for free. Orders less than $99 shipped to addresses in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa will be charged a flat $10 for shipping. Orders shipped to addresses outside of this five-state region are subject to standard ground shipping charges.
Orders placed M-F before 2:00 P.M. CST are shipped the same business day. Most of the time you will receive your order the next business day. Weekend delivery is not available. PLEASE NOTE that due to winter weather conditions and carrier situations beyond our control, we can not guarantee next day delivery. So please allow for extra transit days.
Orders shipped outside the five-state region are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS (depending on the size of the item) and are subject to standard shipping charges. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Delivery typically takes two to five business days. Shipments to Canada take four to ten business days.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from us, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item) we'll pay for the return shipping cost.
