Rattlesnake Reel
My wife wasn't excited about screwing and mounting rattle reels into the walls in our new house... The rattle reels worked great and easily connected to the Catch Cover Safety Cover. The reel handle is also a convenient addition when not pulling up fish by hand.

Rattlesnake Reels
My husband and I are sold on these! They are so easy to install and remove with the puck system. We have several reels with different riggings that we keep on the wall out of the way and we just switch back and forth depending on what we are fishing for...so easy!

Idea for improvement
I like the Rattlesnake reel. One quick improvement you could make is to use a plastic or metal locking wing nut instead of the regular wing nut. This would allow the wing nut to be a little more difficult to turn, so you could adjust the tension; but not become so loose that the nut falls off. I lost one down the hole right away. I put another metal wing nut on and then took a pliers and roughed up the threads on the end of the 1/4 " bolt so the wing nut stops before going off. A locking wing nut would accomplish the same.

solid product
Well built solid product, rattles are plenty loud, easily stored away when not in use. Nice to see someone making a reel that you can fit into awkward hole positions. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the tension sometimes tightens when winding or unwinding reel. Seems as though a small felt washer or something similar would help that problem.
