According to Trevor, testing has shown the new design reduces dust and debris intrusion by an estimated 75 to 90 percent compared to previous designs.

Trevor estimates Catch Cover Pro spent nearly three years in development.

That process involved industrial designers, mold builders, toolmakers, extensive prototyping, and multiple seasons of real-world field testing.

Some features stayed exactly the same.

After experimenting with numerous lid retention systems, the team ultimately returned to the familiar snap-in design because decades of field experience proved it simply worked best.

Other aspects required significant redesign.

Material blends were refined.

Production tolerances were tightened.

Every dimension was evaluated to improve both performance and consistency.
